Last Sunday presidential election in the country. Presidential elections in Peru are required for each. Only by participating in them can get sticker in ID card (equivalent to our internal passports). Otherwise (if the sticker is not received), you must pay the fine and getting it elsewhere. Without sticker (until fine) citizen of Peru has a bunch of restrictions, including-cannot leave the country. -The very first sticker penalty:) beyond the holder of the card is no longer wanted to skip the election:)
How do you like this idea? We here are like:)) Travelers also can vote from other countries through embassies and consulates, in principle, the freedom it does not infringe, and consciousness and awareness awakens:) We watched the Peruvian elections in the village. Here it is almost a holiday. First of all the relatives returned to the place of registration, i.e. Home:) and thus it is that rare case when going to almost the whole family:) Secondly, we were surprised how not indifferent to the presidential ballots both young and elderly:) Despite the fact that the elderly in the village of sticker in IK and not really needed. Some strong love for his country in all:) It was a pleasure to watch! (like there is in cities don't know) #aroundtheworldmoments
